About The Position

The Houseperson/Runner supports the housekeeping team at WorldMark Indio Resort by preparing units for cleaning after guest departures and helping maintain the resort’s cleanliness and quality standards. The role handles linen duties, organizes and maintains department storage areas, and assists with housekeeping supplies and guest requests. It also follows the company’s safety program and applicable OSHA and Global Harmonized System (GHS) regulations for chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping throughout the resort to maintain a clean environment for guests.
• Assist the housekeeping team with supplies and upkeep.
• Deliver linen, paper products, and unit amenities.
• Strip and make beds, and assist with cleaning as needed.
• Remove trash from units and floors.
• Coordinate and create linen and amenities bags.
• Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen.
• Organize, clean, and maintain stock levels in department storage areas according to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver requested items to guest units, such as irons, coffee, paper products, and kitchen utensils.
• Follow the company safety program and OSHA and GHS regulations.
