About The Position

The Shuttle Driver operates a passenger vehicle safely and efficiently, transporting owners and guests along regularly scheduled routes and charter routes, and responding to unscheduled pickup or drop-off requests from dispatch or management. The role promotes resort standards and provides guest services directly or refers requests to the appropriate department manager to exceed guest expectations. This is a seasonal position through April 16, 2027.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) in the state where applying, with a proven clean driving record.
• One year of driving experience in all types of passenger vehicles, including manual shift.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and safely and efficiently operate a passenger vehicle.
• Follow regularly scheduled routes and charter routes, and respond to unscheduled pickup or drop-off requests from dispatch or management.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Load and unload luggage, packages, and other items.
• Transmit and receive communications over a two-way radio system.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions and notify dispatch of potential problems.
• Report accidents and other safety situations to dispatch.
• Inspect the exterior and interior of the vehicle at the beginning of each shift.
• Provide guests and passengers with appropriate information about lodging, entertainment, and attractions within the service area.
