About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a seasonal full-time Laundry Attendant at WorldMark Indio Resort. The role supports resort operations by processing laundry and keeping linens, towels, and other textiles clean, folded, and ready for guests and associates. The Laundry Attendant also helps maintain laundry equipment and facility cleanliness, supports linen inventory and housekeeping-cart preparation, and responds to guest and associate inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to give high priority to customer service.
Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

Load, operate, and unload washers and dryers to process laundry.
Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.
Assist with monthly linen inventory and prepare and stock housekeeping carts.
Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding to inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
