About The Position

The Laundry Attendant supports resort operations by processing laundry and ensuring linens, towels, and other items are clean and ready for guests. The role involves operating laundry equipment, maintaining the laundry facility, helping with linen inventory and housekeeping carts, and providing responsive service to guests and associates.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to give high priority to customer service.
Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

Load, operate, and unload washers and dryers.
Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.
Assist with monthly linen inventory and prepare and stock housekeeping carts.
Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and completely.
