About The Position

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team at WorldMark Kihei Resort by preparing units for cleaning after guest departures and helping maintain the resort’s cleanliness and quality standards. The role handles linen duties and keeps department storage areas organized, clean, and stocked. The Houseperson also follows the company’s safety program and applicable OSHA and Global Harmonized System (GHS) chemical regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping throughout the resort to maintain a clean environment for guests.
• Assist the housekeeping team with supplies and upkeep.
• Deliver linen, paper products, and unit amenities.
• Strip and make beds and assist with cleaning as needed.
• Remove trash from units and floors.
• Coordinate and prepare linen and amenities bags.
• Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen.
• Organize, clean, and maintain department storage areas and stock levels according to company cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver requested items to guest units, such as irons, coffee, paper products, and kitchen utensils.
• Follow the company safety program and OSHA and GHS regulations.
