Groundskeeper - WorldMark Scottsdale Resort
About The Position
The Groundskeeper supports general resort operations by maintaining the resort grounds and landscaping to high standards, helping provide quality experiences for guests. The role involves daily grounds upkeep, trash and refuse-area maintenance, keeping roadways and other common areas free of litter, and monitoring resort water and sprinkler systems. The Groundskeeper also reports items needing repair, follows grounds safety requirements, assists with landscaping work, and helps Building Technicians and Custodians as needed. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The hourly wage is $17.50.

Responsibilities
- Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
- Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
- Pick up and dispose of site trash.
- Maintain clean conditions in the refuse area.
- Keep roadways, loading and unloading areas, the parking garage, and walkways free of litter.
- Look for and report faulty items requiring repair or maintenance to support site appearance and safety.
- Monitor resort water and sprinkler systems, keeping them efficient and in good repair.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements relating to resort grounds.
- Assist with planting or removal of landscaping and general grounds.
