About The Position
The Guest Service Associate welcomes guests and helps make their vacations memorable from registration through checkout. The role provides hospitality by sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions, quoting room rates, and reserving and confirming individual or group reservations. It also involves processing and balancing payments, ensuring guest folios accurately reflect charges and credits, and responding promptly and thoroughly to guest inquiries and concerns. The position is at WorldMark Kihei Resort. The posting specifies morning, mid, or overnight shifts on any day and requests local candidates. The listed starting compensation is $20.00 per hour. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide warm, friendly service.
- Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
- Process cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
- Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashiering and money-handling duties.
- Complete checkout procedures and verify that charges and credits are correctly reflected in guest folios.
- Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
- Provide room rate quotes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
