About The Position
The Front Services Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming hotel guests in a friendly, professional manner and creating a positive first and last impression. The role assists with unloading and distributing luggage, rooming guests, handing out room keys and name badges, and explaining hotel services and restaurants through guest tours. It also provides valet parking and retrieves guest vehicles safely and efficiently, delivers items to guest rooms, drives the company shuttle on guest errands, and provides directions and information about hotel and area services. This is a full-time position at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. Availability across first, second, and mid shifts is needed. Compensation is $18 per hour.
Requirements
- A Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record is required.
- Must be over 21 years old for vehicle-driving insurance purposes.

- Previous guest or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and create a welcoming first impression.
- Unload guests’ luggage and assist with rooming guests.
- Hand out hotel room keys and name badges.
- Provide hotel tours and explain available services and restaurants.
- Provide valet parking and safely, quickly, and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Deliver packages, laundry, and other items to guest rooms.
- Collect and distribute luggage on busy checkout days.
- Drive the company shuttle on errands for guests.
- Give guests directions and information about hotel and area services.
