About The Position
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an energetic, driven Greeter with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and strong guest service skills. The Greeter welcomes and directs guests with an outgoing, positive attitude and helps ensure they leave happy with their experience at Stars and Strikes. This is a fast-paced role in a high-volume entertainment center, and weekend availability is required. The role includes welcoming guests, directing them to attractions, communicating current offers and specials, enforcing building rules, helping guests join waitlists, assisting with waivers when needed, and sharing excitement with guests celebrating birthdays, first visits, or other special occasions.
Requirements
- Outgoing, personable, and fun attitude.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Guest service experience is preferred.
