About The Position

The Greeter welcomes guests at Eat’n Park, helps keep guest seating organized, and contributes to a positive dining experience. The role includes greeting guests promptly, presenting menus, and suggesting food items as directed by management. Greeters observe guests’ reactions, address or report concerns to management, and perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor. Team members are expected to work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.

Requirements

• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
• Stand and/or walk for 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests immediately with a friendly greeting.
• Use provided tools to stay organized and seat guests.
• Present guests with a menu and suggest food items as identified by management.
• Observe guest reactions, acknowledge problems, and alert management when an issue needs resolution.
• Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
