Requirements

• Full P&L ownership at the branch, division, region, or business-unit level.
• Experience leading through a team of managers, not just individual contributors.
• A track record of double-digit revenue growth personally driven.
• Experience managing field or service teams (crews, routes, technicians, or equivalent).
• A genuine mentor mentality with specific examples of developing and retaining leaders.
• A real commitment to living and working in a small-town, rural Minnesota community.

Nice To Haves

• Background in home services, environmental services, construction services, or another route-based or field-service business.
• Acquisition integration or change-management experience.
• Experience within a private equity-backed or multi-site platform.
• Success joining a founder-led or family-owned business and earning credibility quickly.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership, including revenue, EBITDA, and margin for the Minnesota business.
• Lead the leadership team across service, sales, office, and warehouse, as well as a field organization.
• Drive growth through organic execution and integration of acquisitions.
• Implement and maintain operating discipline, including KPI cadence, reporting rhythm, and accountability structures.
• Foster a positive culture, carrying forward a respected local legacy while building systems for a scaling platform.

Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000 - $185,000
• Annual bonus: $35,000 - $50,000
