About The Position

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk/Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the security and professionalism of the community. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Port St. Lucie area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and prospective buyers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Assist residents with general questions, requests, and community information.
  • Monitor visitor access and ensure all guests are properly registered according to community procedures.
  • Coordinate deliveries, packages, and resident notifications.
  • Maintain visitor, vendor, and contractor logs.
  • Observe lobby and common areas and report suspicious activity or security concerns immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs following community procedures.
  • Coordinate amenity reservations and provide information regarding community events and policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and management team.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, newsletters, and community communications.
  • Maintain resident files and electronic records.
  • Process work orders and follow up on completion when necessary.
  • Enter and update information in property management software.
  • Assist with architectural review applications, resident forms, and service requests.
  • Scan, copy, file, and organize documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and vendor visits.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, sign-in sheets, and meeting packets.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and association information.
