About The Position

Requirements

• Associates degree in any filed
• One year experience working in a military environment required
• Skill in applying basic principles, concepts, and practices of the occupation to perform administrative tasks in support of the 55th Wing Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Office Suite programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, etc.) to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as e-mails, letters, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of administrative information management office practices, techniques, procedures, and military protocol guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive, strategic, and personal information with absolute discretion.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to provide information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and external agencies.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and other matters requiring timely completion.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare, edit, and maintain e-mails, written correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Attend meetings and conferences and follow-up/consult with leadership as requested.
• Handle sensitive personnel documents in accordance with applicable laws and guidance.
• Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records.
• Maintain professional partnerships with installation and community agencies
