About The Position

The Executive Assistant & Creative Coordinator is a trusted right hand to Radha Agrawal and Eli Clark-Davis, supporting their professional, creative, and personal responsibilities. This full-time, in-person role is based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, and reports to Radha, with close day-to-day collaboration with Eli. It combines traditional executive support—such as calendar and communications management, travel planning, and day-to-day logistics—with opportunities to contribute to marketing, brand building, community engagement, events, publishing, and other creative projects across Daybreaker, Belong Center, and Belong Institute. The role supports a founder-led environment where ideas and priorities can change quickly. The coordinator helps protect the founders’ time, keep priorities and projects moving, anticipate needs, and create systems that make work and daily life run more smoothly. The position involves coordinating with internal teams and external collaborators, supporting events and public engagements, and handling household and personal logistics. Some evening and weekend availability and occasional domestic and international travel are expected.

  • Creative instincts, attention to detail, warmth, positivity, curiosity, and a sense of humor.

  • Maintain project timelines, trackers, and shared resources; coordinate teams; follow up on deliverables; identify blockers; and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Plan domestic and international travel itineraries and coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, schedules, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, venues, and partners; prepare briefing materials for appearances; and track travel expenses and reimbursements.
