About The Position

Daybreaker is a global community company known for sober morning dance parties in more than 60 cities. Alongside Daybreaker, the role supports Belong Center, a nonprofit focused on ending loneliness through community-based initiatives, and Belong Institute, which trains community organizers to foster belonging. The founders are also pursuing book, speaking, media, and other creative projects. The Executive Assistant & Creative Coordinator serves as a trusted right hand to Radha Agrawal and Eli Clark-Davis, providing support across professional, creative, and personal responsibilities. The person in this role will help protect the founders’ time, keep priorities and projects moving, anticipate needs, and bring ideas to life in a fast-changing, founder-led environment. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York City. Some evening and weekend availability and occasional domestic and international travel are expected. The role works closely with Radha and Eli and with a network of creative collaborators, partners, and team members.
