About The Position

The Dealership Finance Manager helps customers arrange financing for vehicle purchases, presents additional products, structures and closes profitable deals, and ensures transactions comply with applicable guidelines. The role also prepares and audits deal paperwork, analyzes post-sale deals for improvements, and works to secure prompt funding of contracts.
Requirements
- Eagerness to improve.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability.
- Knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license.

- College degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
- Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
- Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
- Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
- Accurately audit team deals.
- Analyze deals after sale and identify improvements.
- Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
