About The Position

Twin City Dodge, part of the Chariot Automotive Group, is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Finance Manager. The role supports a smooth, professional, and positive vehicle-buying experience while contributing to dealership profitability. The Finance Manager works with customers to arrange financing and lease options, presents finance, insurance, and vehicle protection products, and coordinates with lenders and the sales team.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to arrange vehicle financing and lease options.
Present and explain finance, insurance, and vehicle protection products.
Build relationships with lending institutions and maintain strong lender partnerships.
Review credit applications, structure deals, and secure competitive financing options.
Ensure finance and sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance.
Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and ethical business practices.
Help achieve dealership goals for finance product sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
