About The Position

Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Dealership Biller to join its team in Calumet City, Illinois. The role processes billing and financial transactions for dealership sales and service operations and supports the accounting department. The position offers an hourly wage of $23.00–$25.00, paid weekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance, preferably within an automotive dealership.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process billing statements for automotive sales and service transactions promptly and accurately.
• Verify invoice details, prices, and payment methods.
• Maintain billing transaction records and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end billing reconciliations and reporting.
• Communicate with customers about billing inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company financial information.
• Ensure license and title documents are completed properly and included in the deal packet.
