About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Biller to ensure the correct flow of documents from the Finance Department for Rivers Oaks Hyundai and River Oaks KIA dealerships. This role supports the billing process for vehicles sold and related financial transactions in a growing, fast-paced automotive dealership group.

Requirements

• Automotive billing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CDK is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold, including calculating profits, setting up receivables and liabilities, and calculating sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
