About The Position

Twin City Dodge, part of the Chariot Automotive Group, is hiring a customer-focused Finance Manager. The role supports a smooth, professional vehicle-buying experience while contributing to dealership profitability. The Finance Manager arranges financing and leases, presents finance and protection products, works with lenders, and ensures documentation is accurate and compliant. The position also partners with the sales team and helps meet finance sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to arrange vehicle financing and lease options.
Present and explain finance, insurance, and vehicle protection products.
Build relationships with lending institutions and maintain lender partnerships.
Review credit applications, structure deals, and secure competitive financing options.
Ensure finance and sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance.
Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and ethical business practices.
Help achieve dealership goals for finance product sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
