About The Position

Key Auto Group is hiring a Jr/Sr Finance Manager for Portsmouth Chevrolet. Dealership experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train the right candidate. The role focuses on helping customers arrange financing for vehicle purchases, presenting optional ownership products, preparing and finalizing purchase paperwork, ensuring compliance, and supporting accurate and timely deal funding.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
Present customers with additional, optional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Prepare paperwork and contracts, collect signatures, and finalize vehicle purchases.
Audit team deals post-sale and analyze them for improvements.
Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
