About The Position
Blue Flame Propane, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative at its Richmond Bulk Plant. The role handles customer interactions by phone and at the counter, processes orders and payments, reconciles deposits, and supports office operations. It may also include filling cylinders, for which reimbursement is provided for each tank filled, and other duties assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
Requirements
- Moderate data-entry and computer skills are required.
- Effective communication skills.
- Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally, including enrollments, cancellations, issue resolution, and complaints.
- Assist customers at the counter.
- Fill cylinders; reimbursement is provided for every tank filled.
- Process customer orders.
- Post payments daily in the computer system.
- Reconcile daily deposits.
- File and scan documents.
- Greet visitors, including customers and USPS, FedEx, and UPS representatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
