About The Position

Merchants Metals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Harrison team. This role supports daily business operations by working with customers, sales teams, and plant personnel. The company provides on-the-job training in its products, systems, and industry processes, and welcomes candidates with customer service experience from a variety of backgrounds who are eager to learn and develop a long-term career in manufacturing. The position pays $15 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
