About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Phoenix, Arizona store. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Representatives work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain its appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The job requires regular, predictable onsite attendance and daily interaction with customers as part of an energetic team.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace, think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
