About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Columbus, Ohio store. The role involves providing fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment, working in multiple areas of the store, and helping maintain store appearance and standards. Team members receive comprehensive paid training and may have opportunities to advance their careers.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Sell products to customers and offer suggestions.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Think quickly and develop ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand; coordinate hand and eye movements; and potentially climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to help maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide fast and friendly customer service.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
