About The Position

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of business experience.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Available for on-call duty outside normal office hours as required.
• Prior experience in phone-based sales and a successful track record converting customers over the phone.
• Prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls with the intent of helping callers improve their quality of life.
• Use empathy to learn and understand a family’s care needs.
• Share helpful community resources.
• Schedule in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.
• Use Right at Home services to provide value to families inquiring about home care.
• Continue supporting client care success and quality assurance.
• Perform on-call duties outside normal office hours as required.
