About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role focuses on sales skills and is not a remote position, requiring talent living in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area. The Digital Sales Associate will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's leading solutions to key decision-makers at companies of all sizes. The role offers high-quality sales training, focusing on using the latest technology to ensure success. Initially, daily goals will be provided for dials, talk time, and appointments set. As you progress, you will gain autonomy, flexibility in your daily schedule, work-life balance with a set Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends), and conduct virtual appointments without travel. The position offers uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Quick learner when it comes to new tools and technology.
  • Belief in leveraging insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects.
  • Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection.
  • Ability to manage time and present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Leverage go-to-market technology throughout the sales process.
  • Continuous learner, always seeking to improve.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience (skills include teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality).

  • Prior quota-carrying experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build a network via social platforms
  • Experience with video platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by working independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
