About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a remote Supplemental Benefits Consultant to serve clients nationwide. The role involves presenting supplemental benefit options tailored to individuals and families, conducting virtual consultations through Zoom, and supporting clients throughout the enrollment process. The company provides training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. No prior insurance experience is required. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state. The opportunity is intended for self-motivated, coachable people who are comfortable working independently and interested in professional growth and advancement. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States. They must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Have reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam.
- Be confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Be coachable and comfortable in a performance-based career.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
