About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Member Protection Specialist to help clients understand insurance options that may support their families’ financial security. The role works remotely with individuals and families, conducts needs-based conversations, and provides a professional client experience. The team provides warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States, and provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
