About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Benefits Consultant to guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options. The role includes leading virtual Zoom consultations, supporting clients through enrollment, handling documentation and follow-ups, and delivering professional, client-focused service. Consultants develop long-term client relationships and participate in ongoing mentorship and team development. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. The opportunity offers weekly performance-based pay, renewal-based income growth, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and a potential 3% equity opportunity for qualifying team members. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided. Candidates must complete required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense, and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be self-driven, organized, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
- Have strong communication and people skills.
- Be comfortable using virtual tools and video meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- No prior insurance experience is required.
