Clarke & Rush is looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join their team in Sacramento, CA. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $25-$40/hr DOE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of professional residential window and door installation experience and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. The role involves installing residential replacement windows and doors, removing and replacing existing units, and ensuring proper sealing, weatherproofing, and insulation. Responsibilities also include rescreening, screen repair, identifying and resolving installation issues, and maintaining a safe and clean jobsite. Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of window and door installation experience – REQUIRED
  • Experience with residential replacement windows and doors
  • Experience with rescreening and screen repair
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to accurately measure and assess openings
  • Dependable and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance and customer-service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Install residential replacement windows and doors
  • Remove and replace existing windows and doors
  • Measure, level, plumb, shim, seal, and properly weatherproof installations
  • Install flashing, caulking, insulation, and other necessary materials
  • Perform window and door rescreening and screen repairs
  • Replace damaged or worn screens and screen materials
  • Identify potential installation issues and resolve them appropriately
  • Safely use hand and power tools
  • Protect customers' homes and property during installation
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Complete installations and service work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
