About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler to assist with safe and effective residential window and door installations. The Installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Houston, Texas, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start. Employees arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, remove existing windows or doors, install replacements and trim, clean up, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access required company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door installations, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
