About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. The Residential Remodeler assists with safe and effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Austin, Texas, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6:30 a.m. start time. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door components, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
