About The Position

The Window & Door Installer assists with safe and effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role includes loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customer homes, removing existing windows or doors, installing replacements and trim, cleaning the work area, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing windows or doors and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols.
