About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler to assist with safe and effective replacement window and exterior door installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Austin, Texas, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, beginning at 6:30 AM. Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, complete the installation and cleanup, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Paid training is provided. West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing windows or doors, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
- Thoroughly clean up while showing care for the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols during installations.
- Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
