About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The Window & Door Installer helps perform safe, effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Tampa, Florida, and follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with a 6:30 a.m. start. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing windows or doors and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care in customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
