About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. The Window & Door Installer assists with safe and effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a high-quality experience. The role is based in Orlando, Florida, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start time.

Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, then travel to customers’ homes to remove existing windows or doors, install replacements, and replace trim. They clean up the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The approximate pay is $17–$20 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors such as background, skills, abilities, and location.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window and door components and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
