About The Position

Builders FirstSource is hiring a full-time installer in Boise, Idaho, to install millwork and windows in new construction. The installer verifies that structures are true and applies current building codes, industry standards, and company policies. The role requires knowledge of OSHA regulations and consistent application of safety practices, including use of hard hats and steel-toe work boots and compliance with fall-prevention requirements.

The work involves frequent standing, handling materials, reaching, climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees routinely lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. The role requires multiple types of vision and focus adjustment. Work is routinely outdoors and may occasionally involve high places and exposure to fumes or airborne particles. Noise is usually moderate.
