About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Window & Door Installer to assist with safe, effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role includes loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customer homes, removing existing windows and doors, installing replacements, replacing trim, cleaning the work area, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
A valid smartphone or smart device for logging into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
Remove existing windows and doors, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols during installations.
Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
