Window and Door Installer - Full Time, W2!
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a full-time, W2 Window and Door Installer in Dallas, Texas. The Installer helps perform safe and effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start at the warehouse. The role involves loading materials and trucks, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing windows and doors, installing replacements and trim, cleaning the work area, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodeling, with more than 40 locations and over 3,000 employees.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing windows and doors, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while completing installations safely and effectively.
- Provide customers with a five-star experience.
