About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The Window and Door Installer assists with safe and effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start time.

Installers report to the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, remove existing windows or doors, install replacements and exterior doors, and replace trim. They clean the work area thoroughly, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The position offers an approximate hourly rate of $17–$20, with final compensation varying based on relevant factors including background, skills, abilities, and location. Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door installations and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while carrying out installations safely and effectively.
• Provide customers with a five-star experience.
