About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. The Lead Window and Door Installer assists with safe and effective residential installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, complete replacement window and exterior door installations, clean up, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The approximate pay is $24–$28 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door components and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while working safely.
• Provide customers with a five-star experience.
