About The Position
We install blinds, shades, and motorized window treatments in nice homes—not dirty construction sites. If you’re mechanically inclined, take pride in clean work, and want a steady, growing company with real opportunity, keep reading. Our installers typically earn $45K–$70K+ with consistent, predictable income - without the risk of 1099 work. Bonuses based on quality and customer satisfaction. Steady, year-round work (not seasonal). Company vehicle provided. Pre-measured jobs (no guesswork). Tools provided. Clean, indoor work environment. Paid training (we’ll teach you the trade). Requirements
- Dependable and on time
- Good with people (you’ll be in customers’ homes)
- Mechanically inclined / problem solver
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and use ladders

Responsibilities
- 2–4 installs per day
- Install blinds, shades, shutters, and motorized products
- Work directly in customers’ homes
- Solve problems and ensure a clean, professional finish
