About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an installer to perform window and exterior door replacement work while following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role includes providing customers with a five-star experience and caring for their homes throughout the installation and cleanup process.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start. The approximate pay is $23–$25 per hour. A $2,000 signing bonus is paid in two installments: $1,000 after 30 days and $1,000 after 90 days of continuous employment; eligibility requirements and additional terms apply.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door components and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations.
