Installer -W2, SIGNING BONUS up to $1000
About The Position
The Shower and Bath Installer assists with safe, effective installations while following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role focuses on providing customers with a five-star experience, from arriving at the warehouse and loading materials to completing installation work in customers’ homes and returning to the warehouse. The position is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 a.m. start time. Approximate pay is $20 per hour. A signing bonus of up to $1,000 is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment; eligibility requirements and additional terms apply.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
- Clean the work area thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing a five-star customer experience.
