About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking a Bathroom Installer to help perform safe, effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The Installer travels to customers’ homes, removes existing bath or shower fixtures, installs new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, and updates plumbing when needed. The role also includes providing customers with a five-star experience, carefully cleaning up, completing paperwork, collecting payment, and returning to the warehouse. Installers report to the warehouse at 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks and work Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols to perform safe, effective installations.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
