About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an Installer to help perform safe, effective bathroom installations according to company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a high-quality experience. The role is based in Buffalo, New York, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 a.m. start. Installers report to the warehouse to load materials and trucks, then travel to customers’ homes to remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated when needed. The work includes thoroughly cleaning the customer’s home, completing paperwork and collecting payment, and returning to the warehouse. The approximate pay range is $20–$22 per hour. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean the work area thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
