About The Position

West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The Window and Door Installer assists with safe and effective installations according to company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Buffalo, New York, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 a.m. The approximate pay is $20–$22 per hour. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 a.m. to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window or door components and install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
