Residential Carpentry - W2, Paid Training!
About The Position
The Installer assists with safe and effective residential bathroom remodel installations by following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role involves loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing bath or shower fixtures, installing new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds, and updating plumbing when needed. The Installer cleans the work area, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. The approximate hourly pay is $17–$20; final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care in customers’ homes.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while working safely and effectively.
- Provide customers with a five-star experience.
