Residential Remodeler - Full Time, W2, Paid Training!
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer to assist with safe, effective bathroom installations while following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The installer provides customers with a 5-star experience throughout the remodel process. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start time. The role is listed as full-time, W-2, and includes paid training. Installers arrive at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, and complete bath or shower remodels. Work may include removing existing fixtures, installing a new tub or shower pan and wall surround, and updating plumbing when needed. Installers clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The approximate pay range is $19–$22 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors including background, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Demolish existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or shower pan and wall surround.
- Update plumbing when needed.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
